Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy for defective or incorrect items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there is an issue.
To start a return, contact us at support@telivium.com with your order number and photos or video showing the issue. We will respond within 24–48 hours.
If your return is accepted, we will either send a replacement product at no extra cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect variant selection, or minor colour differences due to screen settings. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return request is approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@telivium.com.
